About
Us
We offer you a very warm welcome to our family run 350 acre mixed
farm. Tom's grandfather bought the farm in 1920 and Tom's father
took over in 1947. On his father's retirement Tom took over the
running of the farm.
In 1980 Granny and Grandad moved into Orchard House, at the "bottom
of the garden" and Rebecca started Bed and Breakfast in the farmhouse.
We have over 20 years of B&B experience, and whether you wish to
stay for one night only or several nights, we hope to make your
stay a pleasant interval.
|
We have a flock of 400 mule breeding ewes which Tom lambs
with the help of all the family in early March. |
 |
|
We also grow arable crops which are harvested through the
summer. |
On your arrival to help you relax after a long drive or a busy day
sightseeing, Rebecca serves a cream tea in our comfortable visitors'
lounge. Sit back and take your time, peruse the folder containing
brochures and information of places to visit and things to do, or
just decide which of our lovely English pubs or restaurants you
might like to dine in.

Lounge
& Breakfasting
Relax in our comfortable visitors' lounge and watch the T.V. or
just unwind quietly with a cup of tea or coffee. With a pleasant
view of the garden from here, it was the AA inspector's comment
that "he really felt comfortable here and could easily kick off
his shoes and feel at home".
Served in our pretty conservatory your breakfast is the main meal
of the day as far as we are concerned so we try and make it special.
A selection from the menu includes fruit juice, cereals, porridge,
fresh strawberries and fruit, kippers, salmon and cream cheese on
a bagel, cheese or "the special" full English breakfast. Any special
requests are always catered for if possible.
Bedrooms
The accommodation consists of 4 comfortable bedrooms all with either
en-suite or private facilities. All the rooms have a coffee/tea
tray, radio/clock alarm and colour television.
The bedrooms all have extra heating for those chilly nights.
All the rooms throughout the house are centrally heated.

Places

The beautiful
Cotswolds are within easy reach with small towns and villages such
as Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-the-Marsh and Broadway, or pretty
villages like The Slaughters. Or drive through the Vale of Evesham
with it's orchards and fruit farms.
The National Trust also have many properties in the area such as
Hidcote Manor Gardens, Packwood House, and Baddesley Clinton.
How
to find us
From the South: on the M40 avoiding Warwick and Leamington
Spa, leave the motorway at junction 13. Turn left onto the B4100,
continue approx 2.5 miles to the roundabout then turn left onto
the B4455. Continue approx 3.5 miles to the next roundabout and
turn left onto the A425. Up the hill into the village of Radford
Semele, turn first left into Lewis Road. Continue to the end of
the road and straight up the farm drive.
Alternatively, leave the M40 at junction 14, go immediately under
the bridge and follow the A452 until you reach the 4th roundabout
where you turn right onto the A425. You will see Fords Factory in
front of you. Follow the A425 all the way to Radford Semele and
turn last right into Lewis Road, all the way to the end of the road
and up the farm drive.
OR, leave the M40 at junction 15 and take the A429 into Warwick.
When you come to the first set of traffic lights with an old archway
in front of you, turn right and follow the road down over the river
bridge (look right for a great view of Warwick Castle). Turn left
onto the A425 at the roundabout after the bridge. Follow the A425
all the way to Radford Semele, round a right hand bend past the
White Lion pub and then turn right into Lewis Road, the above directions
apply again.
From the North West: on the M40 the above directions from
junctions 14 & 15 apply. Note: there is no exit at junction 13 when
travelling in a southerly direction.
